Summit Group are delivering the drainage, groundworks, and reinforced concrete frame for Plot A1 of the SG1 regeneration scheme in Stevenage town centre. This phase, known as Phase 1A, comprises of a mid-rise residential block with 261 dwellings and ground-floor commercial space overlooking the new public Arrival Square. The works include installation of a compliant drainage strategy, bulk excavation and substructure formation, and full RC frame construction to support both the residential and commercial elements.
